Affordable
One of the older areas of Sedona, there are a few streets with stick-built homes.
On south side of 89A, this area may have a home or two under $300,000, and is best described as eclectic. Some very nice newer or remodeled homes.
Affordable/Moderate
Many homes on Panorama back to National Forest land, i.e. Airport Mesa.
Moderate
Both areas are priced in the mid-range. Good West Sedona location, close to shopping, etc.
Moderate/High End
Variety of homestyles, with a number of ranch style homes in phase I, and a predominantly Spanish/Mediterranean or Santa Fe style look. Foothills South is also the home of the Sedona Racquet Club. A number of homes border on Forest Service land.
High End
Most newer homes are Spanish or Santa Fe style, with a sprinkle of ranch, contemporary, and even a Tudor style. While the larger parcels in Quail Run are zoned for horses, only 1 or 2 owners in fact do have horses on their properties.
High End/Luxury
Collectively knows as the Shadows Estates, these upscale neighborhoods are still very desirable. Located at the end of Soldier Pass Road, in the Shadow of Coffee Pot Rock.
A variety of styles abound, with Spanish and Santa Fe style having taken over during the 1990’s. One of the original upscale neighborhoods, providing fantastic red rock views from every homesite.
Two privacy-gated Luxury subdivisions on Dry Creek Road, just north of Foothills North subdivision. Gated communities, with estate sized lots, 2.5 acres or more. Development started in the early to mid 1990’s. Fabulous views of Boynton Canyon and Mongolian Rim areas. A number of homesites border Forest Service land.
